Performer/Technician Payment: Due by 8/30, this helps to cover production costs including Costumes, Equipment, Banquet, Cast/crew meals, Set materials, etc.

Sponsorship Support Incentive Program: RHSTBA’s 2024-2025 fundraising goal to support our theatre students is $25,000. We ask for your help with this goal by you not only providing support but also by you inviting businesses and others to provide support at any of the 5 Support levels (please see the RHSTBA Support Form for more information).
In return, students/families who procure cash support at the “Cameo” level ($150) or higher, will receive a 10% cash back payment in April 2025, up to the amount of the student’s paid Performer/Technician payment. For example, if you bring in support at both the ‘Director’ level ($500) and ‘Cameo’ level ($150), the total is $650 and the student/family will receive $65 back from RHSTBA. Or You may opt-out of the Incentive to retain the funds in the program.
